摘要:根据全球气候变化对渔业生态的影响,以及渔业作业的碳排放和可实现的碳减排技术的研究结果,得出人为增加的温室气体正在导致地球变暖,加剧了渔业资源状况的恶化,给海洋生态系统带来长期的灾难性影响。目前全球每年由捕捞所排放的二氧化碳达1.734亿t,水产业二氧化碳排放占二氧化碳总排放量的2.22%;推进渔船船型优化与标准化建造技术、玻璃钢渔船建造技术、采用混合推进技术等及其他新能源在渔业船舶工程中的逐步应用,可大幅降低二氧化碳排放,作业效率在满足海洋生物资源可持续利用的前提下不断得以提高。

The development status of fishing vessel carbon emission reduction technology in the domestic and overseas

Abstract: According to the research results of fishery operations carbon footprint and the feasible carbon emission reduction technology, and the impacts of global climate change on fishery eco-environment, the increasing anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions is leading to the global warming and exacerbating the deterioration of fishery resources, and bring disastrous long-term impact on marine eco-system. The global annual amount of carbon emission from fishing is up to 173.4 million tons at present, and the CO2 emissions from fisheries industry accounted for 2.22% of the total global annual emission. The research in the domestic and overseas showed that, promoting the optimization of fishing vessel types and the standards of construction technology, and the fiberglass fishing vessel construction technology; utilizing the technology of hybrid propulsion; and progressive application of the other new energy resources to the fishing vessel, can significantly reduce carbon emission. As a result, the fishing operation efficiency will continue to improve under the premise of ensuring the sustainable utilization of marine biological resources.
