摘要:网箱模型试验是研究网箱水动力学特性的重要方法之一,模型制作是试验的首要内容。从力学相似的基本原理出发,在理论上分析了锚绳模型设计时需考虑的因素,得出锚绳的弹性相似是锚绳模型设计的关键。从锚绳材质出发,研究PP绳的拉力—变形资料,采用最小二乘法,推出模型网箱中锚绳张力与伸长率之间的关系式,即∆S/S=7.13Tm1/1.132。根据此关系式,采用特定规格的乳胶圈,经不同组合模式,模拟出锚绳弹性。通过相关性分析和试验结果的验证,证明此方法具有可行性,为以后开展网箱水动力试验解决锚绳模拟问题提供参考。

Design of mooring line system in the net cage modeling

Abstract: Physical model test is an important method to study hydrodynamic behaviors of fishing net cage. The design and making of the test model are the basis of the whole experiments. Mooring system is an important part of net cage system, so its model design is the key to the model tests. On the basis of the basic principle of mechanics similarity, similarity method of mooring system is analyzed. Elasticity similarity of the mooring line is considered in the design. Based on data of pull-distortion of PP rope, the elasticity relationship ∆S/S=7.13Tm1/1.132 is obtained as a function of lengthen ratio of model mooring rope by least-squares method. Reference to this relationship, the elasticity of mooring line model is realized by combining some specific rubber rings in different pattern. The correlation analysis and test result show that this design method for mooring line is reliable. This study will provide an important reference for the design of mooring rope.
