摘要:在水产养殖中应用生物絮凝技术(BFT),可以将养殖过程中产生的残饵和粪便转化为可被部分养殖对象重新摄食的絮体饵料,而且在絮凝体形成过程中对水体氨氮等物质的去除有明显作用。试验在自建的生物絮凝反应器中分别接种活性污泥和枯草芽胞杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),研究絮凝体形成过程中主要水质指标的变化情况。结果表明:接种活性污泥的装置中,氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮的去除率分别为72.25%、94.04%;接种枯草芽孢杆菌的装置中,氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮的去除率分别为81.53%、97.89%;同时接种活性污泥和枯草芽孢杆菌的装置中,氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮的去除率分别为40.85%、63.19%;对照装置中不接种任何物质,氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮的去除率分别为11.41%、70.56%。分别接种活性污泥和枯草芽孢杆菌的装置在去除氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮方面较好。试验装置中所形成的絮体颗粒直径在0.1~1.0 mm,粒径大小适合作为部分养殖鱼类稚鱼期的开口饵料。

Effects of bio-flocs technology for water treatment of aquacultural system

Abstract: Bio-flocs Technology (BFT), mainly is the technology that the organic particles in water is formed the flocs that can be fed by fish by microbial bacteria. In aquaculture, a lot of wastes that come from the fish and the feed that the fish receive are released directly into the water. BFT can be not only converted wastes turn into flocs, but also remove ammonia in water in the process of flocs formation. This paper explores their effects on biological floc culation by inoculated activated sludge and Bacillus subtilis. By monitoring changes in water quality, the installation that inoculated activated sludge and the installation that inoculated Bacillus subtilis were better in the removal of ammonia, nitrite, natrite nitrogen rate respect. ammonia, nitrite removal efficiency were 72.25%, 94.04% in the installation that inoculated activated sludge and ammonia, nitrite removal efficiency were 81.53%, 97.89% in the installation that inoculated Bacillus subtilis. ammonia, nitrite removal efficiency were 40.85%, 63.19% in the installation that inoculated activated sludge and Bacillus subtilis. ammonia, nitrite removal efficiency were 11.41%, 70.56% in the compared installation. Flocs are between 0.1-1.0 mm in diameter, the flocs can be used as fish larvae fed.
