乙酰甲喹与喹烯酮对刺参致病菌的抑菌效果研究

摘要:采用微量肉汤稀释法测定乙酰甲喹和喹烯酮对刺参常见致病菌假交替单胞菌、灿烂弧菌、副溶血弧菌、哈维氏弧菌、溶藻弧菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC),并与10种常见渔药进行比较。结果显示,乙酰甲喹对几种供试菌的MIC介于2~8 μg/mLMBC介于4~16 μg/mL,对灿烂弧菌的MICMBC均为4 μg/mL;喹烯酮对几种供试菌的MIC介于16~32 μg/mLMBC均为32 μg/mL。试验表明,乙酰甲喹对几种供试菌均显示出较强的抑菌活性,对灿烂弧菌有明显的抑菌效果,但抑菌效果总体不及氟苯尼考、恩诺沙星。喹烯酮也有一定的抑菌活性。本研究为新型喹噁啉类药物用于刺参疾病防控和健康养殖提供理论依据和技术支撑。

In vitro antibacterial activities of Mequindox and Quinocetone against Pathogenic bacteria in Sea Cucumber Apostichopus japonicas

Abstract: The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of Mequindox and Quinocetone against Pseudoalteromonas nigrifaciens, V. splendidus, V. parahaemolyticus, V. harveyi and V. alginolyticus were determined by broth microdilution method, and were compared with those of other ten antimicrobial drugs. The results showed that the MICs of mequindox on test-bacterial were between 2 μg/mL and 8 μg/mL, MBCs were between 4 μg/mL and 16 μg/mL. The MIC and MBC of mequindox on V. splendidus were both 4 μg/mL. The MICs of quinocetone on test-bacterial were between 16 μg/mL and 32 μg/mL, MBCs were 32 μg/mL. Tests showed that mequindox has strong inhibition effects on the bacteria, especially on V. splendidus, but it had lower antibacterial activity than enrofloxacin and florfenicol. Quinocetone also has certain antibacterial activity. This study would provide theoretical basis and technical support for disease control and health management in sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus culture.
