摘要:在水温12~15 ℃下采用实验生态法研究了盐度(10、15、20、25、30、35、40和42)对体质量3.0 g的仿刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)存活参肠、呼吸树Na+ -K+-ATP酶活性的影响。48 h盐度急性实验表明:仿刺参存活适宜盐度范围为。相同盐度时不同时间仿刺参Na+ -K+-ATP酶活性测定试验表明:盐度为20、33时肠和呼吸树的Na+ -K+-ATP酶活性先急剧下降后回升,最后稳定;盐度为28(暂养的海水)时,肠和呼吸树的Na+ -K+-ATP酶一直保持稳定值。时间相同时不同盐度下仿刺参Na+ -K+-ATP酶活性测定试验表明:6 h时,盐度越接近28,肠和呼吸树的Na+ -K+-ATP酶活性越高,盐度低于20或高于35,肠和呼吸树的Na+ -K+-ATP酶活性急速降低;24 h时,在盐度20-35范围内,盐度越高,肠和呼吸树的Na+ -K+-ATP酶活性越高,而此范围之外,肠和呼吸树的Na+ -K+-ATP酶活性严重下降。

Effects of salinity on osmotic adjustment of sea cucumber

Abstract: Salinity influences on the survival of the sea cucumber(Apostichopus japonicus) of 3.0g and the Na+/K+-ATPase activity in intestines and respiratory trees were carried out under 12-15℃, and were divided into 8 different salinity groups(10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 42). Results of acute salinity test after 48h showed that the suitable survival salinity was 20-35. Na+/K+-ATPase activity tests under the same salinity for different time showed that, the Na+/K+-ATPase activity decreased rapidly and tended stable after a short increase under the salinity of 20 and 33, while it remained stable under 28. Results of Na+/K+-ATPase activity tests under different salinity for the same time were as follows: for 6h, Na+/K+-ATPase activity increased as the salinity was close to 28, while decreased rapidly below 25 or above 35; for 24h, Na+/K+-ATPase activity increased as the salinity increased under 20-35, while decreased rapidly outside this range.
