摘要:采用室内实验生态学方法测定了曼氏无针乌贼幼体的耗氧率和排氨率,并研究了幼乌贼耗氧率和排氨率在24 h内的昼夜变化规律及其受温度变化的影响。结果表明,在正常海水(温度20 ℃,盐度25)条件下,曼氏无针乌贼幼体的耗氧率昼夜变化在0.52~0.67,排氨率的昼夜变化在0.062~0.071。曼氏无针乌贼幼体的耗氧率与排氨率受昼夜变化的影响表现为低—高—低的趋势。温度对曼氏无针乌贼幼体的耗氧率与排氨率的影响显著(P<0.05),在16~28 ℃,耗氧率和排氨率均随培育温度的升高而增加,但在32 ℃时耗氧率和排氨率均出现降低。

Study on oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion rate of Sepiella maindroni juvenile and its affecting factors

Abstract: The diumal rhythm of oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate, effects of temperature on oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion rate of Sepiella maindroni juvenile were examined under controlled laboratory conditions. The results were as follows: The oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate varied with the alternation of day and night. The highest oxygen consumption rate was 0.52 mg/(g•h), the lowest was 0.67 mg/(g•h); the highset ammonia excretion rate was 0.071 mg/(g•h), the lowest was 0.062 mg/(g•h). The results showed that the changes of metabolism level of Sepiella maindroni juvenile is not significantly between day and night. The respiration and excretion of Sepiella maindroni juvenile affected by temperature significantly (P<0.05). Under the controlled conditions of ambient temperature 16~32 ℃, both oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate increased with the increase of temperature until 28 ℃, then decreased at 32 ℃. Oxygen consumption rate ranged from 0.47 mg/(g•h) to 0.71 mg/(g•h), and ammonia excretion rate ranged from 0.051 mg/(g•h) to 0.073 mg/(g•h).
