摘要:为了满足池塘养殖产业化、现代化的需要,提高养殖机械自动化水平,基于气力输送原理,设计了一套以可编程序控制器(PLC)为控制器的集中式自动投饵系统。介绍了投饵系统的组成及工作原理,分析了系统气力输送、多路配送、自动控制等关键技术。根据设计要求,对自动投饵系统进行投饵性能测试,投送距离320 m时,最大投饵量为1 100 kg/h,吨料能耗低于8 kWh/t,饲料破碎率低于0.7%。试验和实际应用结果表明,该系统能够实现定时、定量以及高效投喂,操作方便,可靠性高。

Centralized automatic feeding system in pond aquaculture

Abstract: In order to meet the industrialization and modernization of pond aquaculture, and improve the mechanical automation of cultivation, a set of automatic feeding system was designed based on the principles of pneumatic conveying, which takes programmable logic controller as controller. This paper mainly introduced the composition and working principle of feeding equipment system, the key technologies such as pneumatic conveying, multi-channel distribution, automation control been analysed as well. According to the design requirements, 320 m length of transporting tubes were for performance test, with the biggest suitable amount 1 100 kg/h, the tons of material consumption below 8 kWh/t and the feed broken rate lower than 0.7%. Results of test and practical application show that the feeding system is reliable and efficient, easy to operate, with which, timing, quantitative and high efficient feed can be realized.
