电力推进拖网渔船控制系统设计

摘 要:介绍了我国第一艘自主研发设计的电力推进拖网渔船控制系统的设计与组成。通过采用电力推进控制系统、电站功率管理系统、机舱监测报警系统以及网络通信技术,将变频控制技术、数字化和自动化控制技术等船舶前沿科技应用于实船,构建综合控制系统,使渔船柴油机组在各种工况下始终运行于高负荷率工作区,达到渔船节能环保,提高渔船推进系统的操纵性、机动性、可靠性、推进效率和供电系统自动化管理水平的目的。目前该船已经实船建造并应用于渔业生产,其控制系统可靠、稳定,各项技术指标均满足设计要求。

Abstract: According to the problem that the trawler propulsion is inefficiency, and the bad maneuverability, the poor of energy saving effects, the paper describes the design and composition of the first independent development electrical propulsion trawlers’ monitoring system in China. Through using the electrical propulsion monitoring system, power station management system, engine room monitor-alarm system and the network communication technique, several kinds of advanced technologies of conversion control technology, digitalization and automatic control technology are applied to the ship, and build an integrated control system, so that, the diesel engine set could be always running at high loading rates working area, achieving the goal of energy conservation and environmental protection and improving the maneuverability, mobility, reliability, propulsive efficiency of the fishing vessel propulsion system and the automatic management level of the power supply system. Now, the ship has been completed and applied to fishery production, the control system is reliable and stable, various technical indices all reaching the requirements of design.
