摘 要:简述了水产品冷链物流的重要意义,描述了水产品冷链物流的基本概念及关键环节,分析了国内外水产品冷链物流的现状,总结了现代水产品冷链物流的发展趋势和主要特点,初步探讨了水产品冷链物流发展的对策。结论认为,水产品冷链物流监测技术已经从人工管理发展到智能化技术,监测指标已经从单一温度监测发展到多元参数监测,建模方法已经从简单信息分析走向综合系统建模;在传统标识技术基础上,集成无线传感网络、人工智能技术的智能化冷链物流和探索冷链质量安全监测方法的综合系统模型是水产品冷链物流发展的必然趋势。

Current situation, development trend and countermeasures of aquatic products cold-chain logistics technology

Abstract: The paper described the significance, summarized the development tendency and main characteristic and analyzed the development countermeasures of aquatic products cold-chain logistics. The conclusion is that monitoring technology in cold-chain logistics has developed from artificial management to intelligent technology, monitoring index has developed from a single to the comprehensive index, and the modeling method has developed from simple information analysis to comprehensive system modeling. It is the inevitable trend to develop intelligent cold-chain logistics via integrating wireless sensor network, artificial intelligent technology with traditional code technology and build comprehensive system model based on safety monitoring method.
