摘要:适应深水网箱养殖状况观察和安全监控,研制一种由外罩壳体、水下密封探头、控制器、发射机和接收机等部件组成的深水网箱水下监视器。外罩壳体将4个水下密封探头呈多视角布设,通过手持遥控器可随时按键切换观察不同方位水下探头拍摄的图像。试验与应用结果表明,该监视器的耐压水深可达50 m;当海水能见度为5 m以上时,在半径8 m范围内可比较清晰地观察到网箱内的鱼类活动和网箱状态,为养殖用户提供经济、实用的水下观察设备。

The Design and Development of Multi-angle View Underwater Monitor Used for Deep-sea Cage Culture

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of monitoring the working status and safety of deep-sea cage farming, an underwater monitor composed of an enclosure case, sealed camera units and video control, sending and receiving sets, etc. was developed. The four sealed camera units are mounted in multi-angle view in accordance with the designated position of the enclosure case and the working images from different camera units can be changed simply by pressing the remote controller. Test and trial application demonstrated that the monitor could be used in a water depth of 50 meters and within a radius of 8 meters when the transparency of sea water deeper than 5 meters, clear images of the fish and the net shape could be obtained. Therefore, a practical underwater monitoring device with lower cost can be supplied to meet the present demands of the deep-sea cage farmers.
