摘要:以HDPE树脂、VERSIFY™ 6002弹性体合格品、松节油助剂等为原料采用特殊纺丝工艺生产出改性渔用乙纶单丝,并将其与普通渔用乙纶单丝进行拉伸力学性能比较分析。结果表明:改性渔用乙纶单丝比普通渔用乙纶单丝断裂强度提高13.1%,结节强度提高3.6%,结强损失率提高15.7%,断裂伸长率降低34.0%。改性渔用乙纶单丝结强损失率稍高和断裂伸长率较低的缺点在渔业实际应用中均可以通过强度优势进行弥补,故改性渔用乙纶单丝在渔业生产上推广应用具有可行性。

Study of modification polyethylene monofilament for fisheries

Abstract: Made in East China Sea Fisheries Research Institute, modified polyethylene (PE) monofilament for fisheries was manufactured by adopting special spinning process, which made of HDPE resin, VERSIFY™ 6002 Elastomers (whose level is qualified) and turpentine. The tensile property of modified PE monofilament for fisheries has been analyzed in standard laboratory. Compared with common PE monofilament, breaking strength and knot breaking strength of the modified PE monofilament for fisheries are enhanced by 13.1% and 3.6% separately. However, loss rate of knot breaking strength and elongation at break of the modified PE monofilament for fisheries separately increased 15.7% and decreased 34.0%. The disadvantage of modified PE monofilament for fisheries, higher loss rate of knot breaking strength and lower elongation at break, can be made up by the high strength in practical application. It is feasible to spread the application of the modified PE monofilament for fishery production.
