筏式养殖筏架虚拟设计及仿真研究

摘要:养殖筏架是深海养殖的重要工程技术装备。应用虚拟设计技术进行筏式养殖筏架结构参数化设计,并利用该三维模型进行筏架结构动力学建模和分析,综合考虑风浪流载荷、缆索形式、材料参数等因素的影响,通过仿真计算对浮筏抗风浪能力进行评估。结果表明,选择加强的PVC材料缆索可以抵抗深海风浪流的影响。

Virtual design and simulation research for the float raft of deep-sea farming

Abstract: Because the increasingly depleting of coastal fishery resources and the restriction of fishing ground, it is an important way of changing production model for coastal fishermen to develop deep-sea farming. Float Rafts is one kind of important deep-sea farming technical equipment. With the use of virtual design technology, This paper performed the parameterized design of 3D float raft structure,as well as the dynamical modeling and analysis by using of the 3D model. According to comprehensive consideration of wind and wave load, raft frame structure, cable form, material and other factors, the anti-wave ability of float raft is estimated by the calculating results. The results showed that the opted PVC cable materials can meet the resistance of the deep flow and storms.
