摘要:为了节省昂贵的在线检测仪表使用数量,使用一组仪表轮流检测多组养殖水体是行之有效的方法之一。但由于相应的水样采取方式发生了变化,往往不符合仪表传感器的最佳采样方式,可能造成额外误差。通过分析常用水质在线检测仪表在多路取样条件下可能产生的误差,证明该方法对pH、氧化还原电位等化学性水质指标检测结果的影响不显著,对温度、溶解氧等物理性水质检测结果的有一定的影响。在此基础上,提出了实际应用该方法时需采取的修正措施。

Influence of sampling method for online monitoring of aquaculture water quality on test result

Abstract: The aquaculture water quality online monitoring system, which mainly integrates multi-parameter water quality online detecting instrument and the industrial control elements and industrial control software supporting system work, provides real-time water quality monitoring means for intensified aquiculture. Relatively speaking, water quality online detecting instrument is very expensive, which limits the popularization and application of the system in aquaculture. One of the feasible and effective methods of reducing the number of the expensive online detecting instrument is making a group of instrument detect multiple aquaculture water bodies by turns. However, due to the change of the corresponding sampling method, the optimal sampling method of instrumentation sensor is generally can not be adopted, which may cause extra errors. The errors of common water quality online detecting instrument that may be caused under the condition of multi-channel sampling are analyzed in the paper. The experimental result shows that the method has no obvious influence on such chemical water quality index detection result as pH value and oxidation-reduction potential, and the influence on such physical water quality detection result as temperature and dissolved oxygen is obvious. In addition, corrective measures adopted for practical application of the method are put forward based on this.
