摘要:滤网是转鼓式微滤机的主要工作部件,其网目数(孔径)直接影响转鼓式微滤机的总悬浮颗粒物(TSS)去除效率、反冲洗频率、耗水耗电等。分别选用150目、170目、200目、250目、325目五种规格的不锈钢滤网,利用循环水养殖设施进行转鼓式微滤机滤网网目与TSS去除效率、反冲洗频率、耗水耗电等关系的试验研究,结果表明,200目滤网的技术经济效果最为明显,其TSS去除率达到(54.90±10.42)%,而反冲洗频率为2.1次/h,电耗为6.902kW?h/d ,耗水量为1.68 m3/d。

Studies on the TSS removal efficiency and energy cost of micro-screen drum filter

Abstracts: Screen is the main working part of micro-screen filter. Screen mesh has a direct influence on the performance of it. However, there is still no paper on this aspect in our country. Studies influence of screen mesh on the removal efficiency, backwashing frequency and resources consumption of micro-screen filter by testing the performance of micro-screen filter using screen mesh of 150, 170, 200, 250 and 325. As a result, the micro-screen filter using 200 mesh screens shows the best effect with its removal efficiency 54.9±10.42%, backwashing frequency 2.1 times/h, energy consumption 6.902kW?h/d and water consumption 1.68 m3/d.
