温度、盐度交互作用对凡纳滨对虾耗氧和氨氮及磷排泄的影响

摘要:以凡纳滨对虾成虾为研究对象,设计了4个盐度梯度和4个温度梯度,采用正交试验,研究了温度、盐度及其交互作用对凡纳滨对虾耗氧率和氨氮、磷排泄率的影响。凡纳滨对虾在温度和盐度交叉作用下耗氧率为0.266~0.582 mg/(g?h),平均为0.419 mg/(g?h);磷排泄率为2.279~0.935 μg/(g?h),平均为1.532 μg/(g?h);氨氮排泄率为1.222~2.656 μg/(g?h),平均为1.854 μg/(g?h)。统计分析显示,温度和盐度对耗氧率和氨氮、磷排泄率都有极为显著的影响(P<0.01),且两者之间交互作用极其显著(P<0.01)。

 Interactive effects of temperature and salinity on oxygen consumption, ammonia-nitrogen excretion and phosphate excretion in Litopenaeus vannamei

Abstract: Taking white pacific adult shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) as the research object, the orthogonal experiment between 4 salinity levels and 4 water temperature levels is designed in this paper. The interaction effect of water temperature and salinity on oxygen consumption rates, ammonia-nitrogen excretion rates and phosphate excretion rates for white pacific shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) were studied. In the interaction effect of above-mentioned factors, the rate of oxygen consumption varieties varied from 0.266 to 0.582 mg/(g?h), the average value is 0.419 mg/(g?h). And the rate of phosphorous excretion varieties varied from 2.279 to 0.935μg/(g?h), the average value is 1.532 μg/(g?h). Meanwhile the rate of ammonia-nitrogen excretion varieties varied from 1.222 to 2.656μg/(g?h), the average value is 1.854 μg/(g?h). The statistical analysis showed, the effect of temperature and salinity on oxygen consumption rates, ammonia-nitrogen or phosphate excretion rates for white pacific shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) are significant (P<0.01), and the interaction effect is remarkable too (P<0.01).
