循环水抽屉式立体养殖系统养殖马粪海胆研究

摘要:研究利用循环水养殖设备和多层抽屉式养殖箱构建一种新型的立体循环水养殖系统,对马粪海胆进行为期90 d的养殖试验。试验结果表明,养殖用水在循环使用的情况下,水质指标处于良好状态:NH4+-N为0.02~0.15 mg/L,NO2--N为0.01~0.35 mg/L,pH值为7.7~8.2;马粪海胆养殖密度可达1 444.23 g/屉(约20 L),特定生长率(SGR)为0.33,成活率为89.15%。

Study on Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus culture inmulti-layer draw style of recirculating aquaculture system

Abstract: This tryout is using new model recirculating culture system consisting of recirculating culture equipment and multi-layer draw style of container for 90 days’ Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus culture. From the state of Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus growing and changing of water quality indicates that the culture density in this kind of unit can reach to 1 444.23 g/d (64.38kg/m3), SGR can remain above 0.33, growth rate is around 89.15%. In addition, NH4+-N content in culture water is 0.02~0.15 mg/L and NO2--N is 0.01~0.35 mg/L, pH is 7.7~8.2 when recirculating to use culture water in this system. The conclusion of this test goes that the Hemicentrotus pulcherrimus culture in this multi-layer draw style of recirculating aquaculture system is with good growth, high survive and its water quality is fit for aquaculture water standard.
