摘要:确定封闭循环水养殖池塘系统对养殖水体的脱氮能力。循环净水系统主要有生物合成固氮、污泥吸附分离脱氮、光化学脱氮、微生物脱氮、物理脱氮等环节,采用海洋监测国家标准方法对系统中的养殖水体进行跟踪监测。结果表明:系统对养殖水体中硝酸盐氮、亚硝酸盐氮和氨氮的去除率分别为10.37%~27.35%,22.45%~44.74%和22.00%~79.53%,脱氮解毒效果较好。

Experimental study on wastewater denitrification in closed recirculating aquaculture system

Abstract: We do the experiments in order to determine a new closed cycle aquaculture pond system for nitrogen removal capacity of aquaculture water, and provide the basic data for promoting this system. Using of the national standard method on marine monitoring, we do the tracing monitor by the water in the closed recirculating water system. The studies have showed that the denitrification of this system had a good effect, as the nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen removal rates in the aquaculture pond were 10.37%~27.35%, 22.45%~44.74%, 22.00%~79.53%. The conclusion is that the denitrification effect is obvious by using the new type of closed recirculating water aquaculture pond system. As a new workable model, the new type system achieves “zero pollution” and “zero emission” of aquiculture, and has the significance of realizing the sustainable development of aquaculture industry.
