摘要:设置两个试验,分别研究不同密度尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)和尼罗罗非鱼与细基江蓠繁枝变种(Gracilaria tenuistipitata Var.liui)协同净化对虾集约化养殖后期排放水的效果。结果显示,不同密度罗非鱼对养殖排放水COD、TN和TP都有较明显的去除效果,最优密度为1 000 g/m3;罗非鱼与细基江蓠繁枝变种混合组对养殖排放水的净化效果优于江蓠组和罗非鱼组,对COD、TN和TP的去除率分别为89.2%、26.1%和47.5%。试验表明,罗非鱼和细基江蓠繁枝变种可组合用于养殖排放水的生物净化处理。

Research on purification of intensive shrimp effluent by Gracilarla tenuistipitata Var. liui and Nile tilapia

Abstract: The optimum density group of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) in intensive shrimp effluent was studied. Experiment were conducted in effluent ditch in 120 hours. The results showed each group of tilapia has effectively degrade of COD, TN and TP. The optimum density group is the 1000g/m3 group. The synergetic effect of Gracilaria tenuistipitata Var.liui and Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) on intensive shrimp effluent in 120 hours was studied. Experiment were conducted in effluent ditch in 120 hours. The results showed synergetic group (G. tenuistipitata + tilapia) has more effectively degrade of COD, TN, TP than them. The synergetic group has best relatively degradative rate of COD, TN, TP is 89.2%, 26.1%, 47.5% respectively.
