摘要:为研究宝石鲈(Scortum barcoo)在工厂化循环水养殖系统中生长情况,在一套包括微滤机、高效生物滤塔、紫外杀菌系统等组成的全封闭工厂循环水养殖系统中进行高体革鯻养殖试验,并检测试验期间水质变化情况。经过151 d养殖试验,高体革鯻规格达到410 g/尾,养殖密度为40 kg/m3,成活率为97.7%,特定生长率为0.93%/d。系统经过28 d运行生物膜成熟,系统水处理效果保持稳定, NH4+-N<2 mg/L,NO2-N<0.2 mg/L。

Abstract: The paper studied on the growth of the perch (Scortum barcoo) in recirculating aquaculture system. The closed recirculating aquaculture system consisted of microscreen filter, biofilter, UV-disinfection system and other components, And test during water quality change. After 151 days feeding, the perch breeding density is 40 kg/m3, the survival rate is 97.7%, specific growth rate of 0.93%/ d. Undergoes the 28 d systems operation, after 29 d the biomembrane is mature, the system water treatment effect maintains stable, but in the system the water quality situation still maintained at the low level, NH4+-N<2 mg/L, NO2--N <1 mg/L.
