摘要:研究刺参休眠的临界温度及其休眠期间体特征的变化情况。试验在室内育苗车间和室外刺参养殖池塘同时进行,室内水温人工调控,池塘水温为自然水温,试验选择体质量为<0.5 g、0.5~1 g、2~3 g、5~10 g、30~50 g和100~200 g等6种规格的刺参苗种作为实验对象;室内试验,通过人工控制水温,观察体质量为<0.5 g和0.5~1 g两种规格刺参的摄食情况;室外试验主要根据自然水温的变化,观察不同水温阶段体质量为2~3 g、5~10 g、30~50 g、100~200 g等4种规格刺参的生命活动规律及其生理生态特征的变化。结果显示:体质量<10 g的刺参未进入夏眠,体质量>30 g的刺参当水温升到>22℃时,逐渐进入夏眠,冬季当水温降到<1℃时,刺参逐渐停止摄食,进入冬眠状态。

Studies on dormancy rule of Apostichopus japonicus

Abstract:To investigate the critical temperature and physiological traits changes during dormancy period, Apostichopus japonicus were cultured in the seeding workshop or pond outdoor. The seeding workshop of temperature control was for rearing two sizes larva of < 0.5 g and 0.5~1 g, and pond outdoor for four sizes of 2~3 g, 5~10 g, 30~50 g and 100~200 g. During culturing, temperature and ingestion of larva were observed. The result showed that the larva of <10 g was never going into aestivating. For those of > 30 g, when water temperature was above 22 OC, aestivation occurred, and water temperature bellow 1 OC in winter, A. japonicus stopped ingesting and felled into hibernation.
