摘要:研究了芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)对草鱼养殖水质的调控。通过测定水体的氨氮、亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐氮和总无机氮值等来评价水质变化。测定结果表明,与对照组相比:第28 d时,处理组1和2的氨氮含量分别下降13.18%(P>0.05)和48.09%(P<0.01),且处理组2比处理组1下降了26.71%(P <0.05);整个养殖期间处理组1的亚硝酸盐氮含量与对照组接近,但处理组2均高于对照组;第21d,处理组1和2硝酸盐氮分别下降了62.54%(P<0.01)和96.84%(P<0.01);第28d时,处理组1和2总无机氮含量分别下降了18.72%(P>0.05)和29.07%(P<0.05)。试验表明:养殖水体中添加芽孢杆菌可降低氨氮含量,改善养殖水体水质;水体和饲料中同时添加芽孢杆菌制剂去除总无机氮和氨氮的效果更佳,但同时也提高了亚硝酸盐氮含量。

Application of Bacillus for water quality control in grass carp culture

Abstract: This experiment was conducted to study the application of Bacillus for water quality control in grass carp culture. Water quality was analyzed according to the water quality indexes, such as amounts of NH4+-N, NO2--N,NO3--N, total nitrate nitrogen etc. The results of water quality determination showed that compared with the control,ammonia nitrogen content of treatment group 1 and group 2 at the 28th day decreased by 13.18% (P <0.05) and 48.09% (P<0.01),respectively; And ammonia nitrogen content of group 2 was lower than that of group 1 by 26.71% (P <0.05); Nitrite nitrogen content of treatment group 1 was close to that of the control,but the content of treatment group 2 was higher than control;Nitrate nitrogen content of treatment group 1 and 2 were decreased by 62.54% (P<0.01) and 96.84% (P<0.01) at the 21th day,respectively; Total inorganic nitrogen of three groups were decreased by18.72%(P>0.05) and 29.07% (P<0.05) at the 28th day,respectively. The experiment proved that the use of Bacillus in culture water can decrease ammonia nitrogen content and improve water quality,while adding Bacillus preparation into the water and feed is much better to remove ammonia nitrogen and total inorganic nitrogen,but increase the level of nitrite nitrogen.
