摘要:为了提高可作为生物质能源微藻原料的富油斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus obliquus)的生物量,以BG11培养基为基础培养基,对C、N、P等 3种营养盐进行了优化,采用了单因素和L9(33)正交试验进行优化。结果表明:异养培养斜生栅藻的最适碳源为葡萄糖;最适氮源为硝酸钠;3种营养盐最佳水平组合为:葡萄糖浓度为20 g/L、NaNO3浓度为2.0 g/L、K2HPO4•3H2O浓度为0.15 g/L,富油斜生栅藻在优化后的培养基中生长情况良好,稳定期最大生物量(A680)))可达10.276,可作为后续生物柴油生产的原料。

Heterotrophic culture of high-oil Scenedesmus obliquus and
optimization of growth conditions

Abstract: In this paper, BG11 medium was chosen as basal medium. The cultivating concentrations of three kinds of nutrients: C, N, P were optimized, using a single factor experiment and L9 (33) orthogonal design method. The results showed, in the heterotrophic culture of Scenedesmus obliquus, the glucose was the best carbon source, the sodium nitrate was best nitrogen source and the optimal concentrations of three kinds of nutrients was: glucose 20 g/L, NaNO3 2.0 g/L, K2HPO4•3H2O. High-oil Scenedesmus obliquus grew very well in optimized medium and the maximum biomass (A680) in the stationary phase was up to 10.276. These showed the high-oil Scenedesmus obliquus may be a raw material of the biodiesel production.
