摘要:近年来臭氧在水产养殖中得到更为广泛的应用,臭氧浓度是一项重要的控制指标,采用准确的测量方法及时测定养殖水体中臭氧的浓度含量具有重要的意义。目前水体中臭氧浓度分析方法尚无国家标准,通过采用光度法、添加屏蔽剂、调整吸收液等措施对传统碘量法进行改进,使之更适用于养殖水体中臭氧浓度的检测。结果表明,采用硼酸碘化钾比色法测定养殖水体中臭氧浓度,在350 nm波长处,臭氧浓度在0~2.5 mg/L范围内线性良好,检出限为0.009 mg/L,加标回收率在93.6%~102.6%之间。试验证明硼酸碘化钾比色法测定水样相对标准偏差为2.1%,低于传统碘量法的17.7%,表明该方法用于测定水中臭氧浓度操作简便、分析迅速、结果准确,适用于养殖水体臭氧溶液检测。

Study on the improvement of ozone concentration detection method in aquaculture

Abstract: In recent years ozone has been more widely used in aquaculture, the ozone concentration is a very important indicator and it is necessary to measure the ozone concentration accurate and timely in farming water. At present, analysis methods about the concentration of ozone in water have no national standard, in this paper, traditional isodiametric method was improved by using photometry, adding shielding agent, adjusting absorption liquid, and so on. The result showed that when method of boric acid potassium iodide colorimetric applied to a sample of ozone in farming water, absorbance and new generation of iodine of the solution had a good linear relationship with equivalent amount of ozone concentration at 350 nm wavelength, the linear range was 0.009~0.25 mg/L, detection limit was 0.009 mg/L and the recovery rate was between 93.6%~102.6%. The test proved that the relative standard deviation of boric acid potassium iodide colorimetric was 2.1%, lower than 17.7 % of traditional isodiametric method, therefore, boric acid potassium iodide colorimetric is suitable for the detection of ozone concentration in farming water with the characteristics of simple, rapid and accurate.
