国内外工厂化养殖鱼池流态研究进展概述

摘要:工厂化养殖系统中,鱼池作为主要生产单元,是鱼类赖以生存的场所,其流态和水质的好坏直接影响到鱼类的生长。本文通过对运用工程法、实测法及数学法3种研究方法,综述了国内外工厂化养殖池流态及影响因素方面的研究进展,探讨了池形、径深比、进出水方式、流速等因素对鱼池流态的影响,并介绍了目前几种主流的养殖系统及养殖对象,以期为鱼池的设计及应用提供一定的技术参考。

Overview of tank flow pattern research in industrial aquaculture systems

Abstract: Tank not only was the main production units, but also the place of fish relies for existence in industrial aquaculture systems. The flow pattern and water quality of tank could affect the fish’s survival and growth directly. The paper summary-
zed the research progress of industrial fish breeding pool, theory of flow pattern and engineering application at home and abroad at present through using engineering method, experimental method and mathematical method, and discussed the influence factor of tank flow pattern, such as the shape of tank, the ratio of diameter to deep, the way of inflow and outflow, et al. Finally, several mainstream of aquaculture system and cultivation object were introduced, so as to provide technical reference for the tank of design and application.
