摘要:对美国贝类卫生管理体系的有关法规、贝类卫生管理体系的内容和特点进行了分析,解析我国可以借鉴的内容,提出建立有中国特色的贝类卫生管理体系的框架:建立贝类可追溯体系;建立符合中国国情的的HACCP体系;建立贝类出口示范基地,进行贝类区域认证。

American sanitary management system of the shellfish and it’s experience

Abstract: The summary of the regulations and laws on American sanitary management system of the shellfish was introduced , and the content and the character of the American sanitary management system of the shellfish was introduced, its experience to China was analyzed, the framework to establish the sanitary management system of the shellfish in Chinese character was provided, which including establish the traceable system; establish the HACCP system in Chinese character; establish the export model base and carry out the certificate to the related area; strength the communicate and exchange with America.
