基于Arena仿真软件的渔港码头作业方式选择

摘要:中国渔港码头根据其作业方式,可分为综合作业码头和专业作业码头两种类型。但在不同年卸港量的情况下,选用哪种作业方式更为合理,目前尚无科学依据。应用仿真软件Arena建立模型,对两种不同的渔港码头作业方式进行模拟研究,年卸港量范围取1~20万t。模拟计算不同年卸港量分别采用两种作业方式时的合理码头岸线长度及码头单位综合费用,以年卸港量相同、综合费用最低的作业方式为最优作业方式。结果表明,渔港年卸港量<4万t时,渔港码头宜采用综合作业方式;年卸港量≥4万t时,宜采用专业作业方式。由于仅从单位综合费用最低这一角度探讨渔港码头作业方式的选择问题,在工程应用中,应结合渔港实际情况灵活运用。

The choice of berth operation mode in fishing port base on simulation software Arena

Abstract: In China, according to its operation mode, fishing port can be divided into two types: comprehensive operation berth and specialized operation berth. However, there is not scientific basis on which mode of operation in fishing port is more reasonable with different annual landing volume. Two kinds of operation mode in the fishing port was studied through building simulation model by simulation software Arena. 20 cases of different annual landing volume in the fishing port (10 000-200 000 t) were simulated. When simulating different annual landing volume, reasonable berth shoreline length and comprehensive cost per unit corresponding to the two kinds of operation modes were applied. The lowest comprehensive cost operation mode is regarded as the optimal under the condition of same annual landing volume. The results indicated that on fishing port when the annual landing volume was less than 40 000 t, the comprehensive operation berth was suitable for the fishing port; the specialized operation berth was suitable when the annual landing volume was more than 40 000 t (including 40 000 t) on the fishing port. In the paper, how to choose the operation mode in fishing port just in terms of the lowest unit comprehensive cost was discussed, while in the actual project, the choice decision should be made based on the actual situation in fishing port and local conditions.
