摘要：渔船现代化水平衡量渔业现代化的重要组成部分，但是我国目前渔船现代化水平的评价大多是定性的描述，缺乏定量表达。该研究科学筛选出一组重要性大、相关性小、代表性强的分析指标对现有渔船技术水平、研发能力、建造能力、配套设备技术水平以及整体技术水平状况进行了问卷调查，并采用SPSS 17.0和Execl 2010软件对问卷数据进行处理分析，并在此基础上，运用调查数据进行论证分析研究。结果表明，我国渔船总体技术水平状况还是比较低，我国的渔船技术水平与国外先进国家相比，差距至少在10年以上。

Based on questionnaire survey of modernization level evaluation
of Chinese fishing vessel

Abstract: The description of modernization evaluation for fishing boats in China is mostly qualitative and lack of quantitative. This study adopts the questionnaire survey analysis method to scientific chose a set of indicators that has great importance and small relevance. The survey covers not only the technical level, the R&D ability, the building ability and corollary equipment technical level of fishing boats, but also the overall technical level of fishing boats. On the basis of adopting SPSS 17.0 and Excel 2010 software to analyze the data, the study indicates that our technical level of fishing boats is relatively low and the gap between advanced countries is obvious, it is at least up to 10years. We hope our study can be used as reference and enlightenment for the healthy development and modern management of China’s fishery equipment industry.
