太阳能移动式水体增氧装置的设计与试验

摘要:针对传统增氧设备依靠常规电力、不能移动的问题,设计了一种基于差速转向控制的太阳能移动式水体增氧装置。该装置采用单片机设计开发,利用电机差速转向控制以及模糊协同控制策略,实现了装置移动轨迹的灵活性。通过清水试验中多点多次采集的试验数据,计算出该装置在清水中的增氧能力、动力效率。结果表明,该增氧装置对于水体中层具有良好的增氧效果;同时,移动式增氧装置扩大了增氧范围,水下-水面双重增氧方式提高了水体增氧效率,为封闭水域的水质处理提供了一种新方法。

Design and experiment of solar mobile aeration device

 Abstract: With the development of social economy and aquaculture industry, the water treatment in enclosed waters such as reservoirs, ponds, etc., is of great importance to environmental protection and breeding efficiency. For the problem that traditional aeration devices rely on conventional power and have limited operating area, the solar mobile aeration device based on differential steering controlling is designed. The device applies the principles of motor differential steering control and fuzzy coordinated control strategy with single-chip microcomputer design, which has realized the flexibility for the device’s moving path. The test data were collected by multi-point and multiple measurement method in clean water test. Oxygen transfer rate and dynamic efficiency were calculated based on the test data. The results indicated that the device has a good aeration capacity for middle-layer water in pond. In addition, the results showed that the mobile aeration device expands aeration range and bottom-surface water aeration method improves oxygen transfer rate. The solar mobile aeration device provides a new method to water treatment of the enclosed waters.
