摘要:渔船用柴油机是整条渔船的“心脏”,其动力性是柴油机最重要的性能指标,实时监测能保障柴油机安全有效地工作。系统设计以无线扭矩传感器、反射式红外光电传感器为核心,通过构建硬件测试系统并安装在渔船上,来完成柴油机动力性参数的采集;通过对采集的数据进行对比分析,监测柴油机的运行状况,达到消除故障隐患、节省燃油、延长柴油机寿命的目的。采集系统经台架测试,结果显示其精确性和稳定性能达到设计要求。实际效果证明,采集系统的整体设计(包括组成系统的硬件选择)是合理有效的,系统达到预期的效果,具有监控柴油机动力性参数的功用。

Design of power data aquisition system for diesel engine in fishing vessel

Abstract: The diesel engine is the heart of the fishing vessels, and the power performance is the most important index for diesel engine, so monitoring the diesel engine can guarantee safe and effective work. The wireless torque sensor and reflex infrared electric sensor are used for data collection and processing so as to develop a shaft power measurement system. The selection of the key instruments and sensors such as the strain gauge, the characteristics and technical requirements of the acquisition card are illustrated in detail and the reasons for selection creterion are also explaned. Through the bench test, the results showed that the accurancy and stability could meet the requirements, and this system was applicable and portable. It could also be used in fishery vessels yet installed with diesel engine and showed high test accurancy. The system is mainly to monitor the operation condition of diesel engine through the comparision and analysis of collected data, so as to achieve the aims of eliminating the problems and potential danger, saving fuels, and extend the life of the installed diesel engine in the fishing vessels. In addition, the acquisition system can be a very good target for validation of fishing vessel diesel engine type.
