摘要:食品添加剂的标示可为消费者选购水产食品提供正确的信息。日本厚生劳动省(原厚生省)早在1991年就出台并多次修改完善食品添加剂标示的法律法规,明确规定了食品添加剂在食品包装物上标示的原则和方法。日本食品添加剂的标示规则对中国杜绝水产食品中食品添加剂的非法使用、水产食品出口及食品安全立法具有重要的参考价值。

Analysis of the indicative regulation of the food additives of Japan

Abstract: The Indication of food additives provides consumers with the correct information when they purchase the processed seafood. The Ministry of Health,Labor and Welfare of Japan has constituted the indicative regulation of food additives since 1991,which prescribed indicative principals and methods on food package of the processed seafood. The Indicative regulation of food additives of Japan can be referred for eradicating illegal use of the food additives、seafood export and food law legislation。
