摘要:为了探讨噬菌蛭弧菌制剂净化水质和病害防治的效果,试验以0.75 mL/m2的用量向乌鳢养殖池泼洒浓度为1.0×108 pfu/mL的噬菌蛭弧菌制剂,观察7 d内养殖池的pH、DO、NH3-N、NO2--N含量及弧菌总数等主要水质指标以及乌鳢死亡数目的变化。向乌鳢养殖池加入噬菌蛭弧菌后,与对照组相比,试验组NH3-N、NO2--N含量及弧菌总数明显减少(p<0.05),DO明显增大(p<0.05),但pH变化不明显(p>0.05);此外,乌鳢死亡率也明显减少(p<0.05)。试验结果表明,以0.75 mL/m2的用量向乌鳢养殖池泼洒浓度1.0×108 pfu/mL的噬菌蛭弧菌制剂,有利于提高DO含量及乌鳢存活率,降低NH3-N、NO2--N含量及弧菌总数。

Effect of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus on the water quality
of snakehead fish farming pond

Abstract: The experiment aimed to study the effect of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus on water quality of farming pond and fish disease control, a concentration of 1.0×108 pfu/mL Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus was poured into the snakehead (Ophiocephalus argus) farming pond with the usage of 0.75 mL/m2, and the changes (△) of the water quality agent such as DO content, NH3-N content, NO2--N content, Vibrio population and the death numbers of snakehead were studied for 7 days. It was demonstrated that, in contrast with the control group, △(NH3-N), △(NO2--N ) and △(Vibrio population) in the experiment group were dramatically lowered (p<0.05), and △(DO) was dramatically increased (p<0.05), but the change of pH was not obvious (p>0.05). Furthermore, the average △(death numbers) of snakehead was also reduced (p<0.05). The experiment results indicated that the use of 1.0×108 pfu/mL Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus with the usage of 0.75 mL/m2 helped to increase the content of DO of farming pond and survival rate of snakeheads, and also helped to accelerate the reduction of the content of NH3-N, NO2--N and Vibrio population in the farming pond.
