Abstract: The control of dissolved oxygen is one of the main technologies in industrialized fish farming system. In this research, the structure of oxygen cone, principle and oxygen increasing effect was introduced. In order to grasp the oxygen increasing law of oxygen cone, the experiment of oxygen flow single factor arithmetic gradient oxygen-increasing effect was carried out in industrialized fish farming system. The test results showed that when the cycle water flow was 65m3/h and the oxygen flow was 1, 2 ……10L/min, the relationship between the dissolved oxygen and oxygen flow in the water was y = 0.100 9x2 +0.059 4 x +5.958 8 (r = 0.992 7). According to the mass balance principle, the maximum oxygen utilization rate of oxygen cone was calculated at 84.56%. Under the condition of the maximum oxygen utilization rate of oxygen cone, according to the rate of Nile tilapia oxygen consumption, the number of oxygen cone was projected in industrialized fish farming system. It provided the basis for oxygen supply system design in industrialized fish farming system.
