循环水养殖系统水质净化设施设计与建造技术

摘要:水质净化设施具有投资小、运行能耗低和单位处理量大等优点,适合国内现阶段循环水养殖的普及和推广。本文介绍了沉淀池、气浮池和生物滤池三种水质净化设施的设计及建造中的关键技术。在系统正常运行的条件下,养殖水体的pH维持在7.5以下,非离子氨、亚硝氮和磷的含量分别维持在(5.60 ~ 7.96)μg/L、(0.08 ~ 0.10)mg/L和(2.12 ~ 2.52)mg/L范围内。结果表明,系统对水体pH控制合理,对氨氮处理效果较为理想。综合分析可知,本循环水养殖系统水处理工艺和水质净化设施设计合理,能够较好的满足使用需求。

The design and construction technology of water-purifying facilities
in recirculating aquaculture system

Abstract: Water-purifying facilities are suitable for popularization and promotion at present stage in China with small investment, running low energy consumption and large unit processing advantages. In this paper, three kinds of water-purifying facilities were introduced: sedimentation tank, flotation tank and biofilter. The key technologies in design and construction process were summarized. Under the normal running condition, pH in aquaculture water was maintained below 7.5. Non-ionic ammonia, nitrite nitrogen and phosphorus were maintained at the range of (5.60 ~ 7.96) μg/L, (0.08 ~ 0.10) mg/L and (2.12 ~ 2.52) mg/L, respectively. The results showed that the control of pH and treatment effect of ammonia nitrogen in the system were good. it is proved that the design of the recirculating aquaculture system and water-purifying facilities are reasonable, which could better meet the use requirements.
