摘要:为降低高密度活鱼运输水体中CO2的积累对活鱼品质和运输成活率的影响,依据车载活鱼运输工况条件,设计了配置有CO2去除装置的活鱼运输装备系统,以鳙鱼为对象进行车下48 h静态试验,检测分析水体中的CO2浓度及pH随时间的变化规律,且与没有配置CO2去除装置的活鱼运输简易装备进行对比研究。结果表明:活鱼运输简易装备,7月测试组(运载量160 kg)经过6 h运输过程,CO2浓度持续上升最高达169 mg/L,pH持续下降最低达5.3;活鱼运输装备系统,8月试验组(2 000 kg),历时48 h,渔箱水体CO2浓度在上升到峰值90 mg/L后逐渐下降,20 h后趋于安全值(50 mg/L),pH值与CO2浓度呈现负相关的趋势关系,pH在短时间快速下降后逐渐回升终至6.9以上。CO2去除装置可以有效抑制活鱼运输水体中的CO2积累,能够在较短时间内降低其浓度并到达安全值之下,能够有效提高远距离和长时间车载运输活鱼的品质和成活率。

Application test study of CO2 removal equipment in transportation system
of live fish

Abstract: In order to reduce the adverse impact of high concentration carbon dioxide to fish quality and survival rate in the high density live fish transportation, we designed a CO2 removal device and build a fish transportation test equipment system which based on the operating conditions of vehicle live fish transportation, the static test was carried out to detect the changes of carbon dioxide concentration and pH value, which compared to a transportation simple equipment of live fish, the results show that: the carbon dioxide concentration(Jul text) of transportation simple equipment of live fish was rising continuously during transportation(up to169 mg/L), and pH value was decreased gradually(low to 5.3); carbon dioxide concentration of the transportation equipment system of live fish increased firstly in a hort-term(up to 90 mg/L), then decreased gradually and tends to be stable (50 mg/L), pH value rose gradually after a short reducing until reach about 6.9 that nearly to neutral. CO2 removal device can effectively restrain the concentration of carbon dioxide in the transport water of living fish, raise pH value and maintain acid-base balance of transport water, that is helpful for live fish quality and survival rate of long distance and longtime vehicle transportation, so as to increase the economic benefit.
